RV Living and Full-Time Adventures
The days have been pretty slow since coming to Panama City Beach. I have to remind myself that it is still winter, and that comes with cold days... and here, obviously wet ones. There has not been a lot of exploring. We did go to the beach, but I have mixed reviews. The water is gorgeous, and the beach does what it always does well, but this town is interesting.
The best description came from my husband... This place is that place.
If you have been to Panama City Beach, you may know exactly what I mean. If you have not, then let's just say this place is made for the spring breakers... and it looks like it. There are plenty of hotels and places to visit, but they are made for people who like cheap drinks, cheap food and love jello shots.
If I was in my early 20s and my boobs were still perky, this would be the place to walk around in a bikini when the weather gets hot. But my middle-aged tummy and boobs that are fighting with gravity will leave this place to the kids. I had my fun when I did, I am looking for something just a little bit less potentially crazy.
Right now, the place is still pretty dead, but Valentine's Day, it all begins, and then March brings the mass crowds. Hopefully, the cold weather will be gone by then.
With the days being rainy and cold, I spend my time reading and planning around my business which is going so well... it keeps me excited.
